The Veritaserum Cartoon Contest is a bi-monthly contest for everyone who has artistic
skills (those who don't can just view the submissions and chuckle). Here's how it
works:
| Every other week there will be a different topic. Artists draw a funny Harry Potter
cartoon (funny cartoons are much better than cartoons like "Judge Parker" and "Prince
Valiant") along the lines of the topic and send it in. We'll review all of the submissions,
choose the best cartoons, and publish them on this page.
The following cartoon (drawn
by Suzanne) is an example of a cartoon that you could send in if the topic was "Top
